Please read the following agreement carefully. By signing below, you acknowledge and accept the full terms of the Liability Release, including Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, Indemnification, Model & Property Release, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law.
Full Agreement Terms
1. Assumption of Risk
The Client acknowledges that events such as sporting events, physical activities, crowded gatherings, or private parties may involve risks including injury, property damage, equipment damage, or environmental hazards. The Photographer is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during the event.
2. Release of Liability
The Client releases the Photographer from all claims arising from:
- Injury or property damage during the event
- Accidents involving participants or attendees
- Damage not caused by the Photographer’s negligence
- Loss of materials due to equipment failure, theft, or unforeseen issues
3. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Photographer for any claims resulting from:
- Participant or attendee negligence
- Unsafe event conditions
- Venue rule violations
- Client-directed actions causing injury or damage
4. Model & Property Release
The Client warrants they have secured all necessary permissions for photography and agrees the Photographer is not responsible for missing participant consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Photographer liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client. No consequential damages are allowed.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state or province specified in this form.
7. Acknowledgment
By signing, the Client acknowledges they have read and voluntarily agree to the full terms of this Agreement.
